MORE than 1,000 guests turned out to celebrate the re-opening of fire hit Hagley pub The Lyttelton Arms.
The popular pub - which has been completely restored following the blaze last December - held a champagne and canapes-filled party for invited guests on Friday May 2, ahead of its official re-opening on Saturday May 3.
Inside the pub - the old Hagley Room, a private function room, has been converted into an open plan seating area for drinks and casual dining.
And outside, the terrace has been redesigned for al fresco drinking and dining.
General manager Dawn Hawkins said: "We had a fantastic evening and it was great to see the regular faces back in the Lyttelton Arms as well as some new ones.
"We are looking forward to a busy time ahead and making use of the new terrace in the summer months."
