ON Wednesday April 16th at Brockmoor community centre, the club held Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme' tests at bronze and silver levels.
Another 10 out of 10 passes were achieved and awards went to:- Bronze: Dudley - Wayne Harris with Paddy; Stourbridge - Emma Smith with Harry.
Silver: Brierley Hill - Joanne Collins with Delta; Wollaston - Helen Horrobin with Treacle; Wordsley - Laura Brewerton with Millie; Dudley - Wayne Harris with Isis; Kingswinford - Bernard Wood with Etta, Anne standish with Etta, Annie Standish with Petra, Tony Walker with Toby and Jenny Bryan with Holly.
Tests were carried out by approved Kennel Club Assessor Caroline Simkin and her Steward Yvonne Smith.
The Good Citizen Dog Scheme Silver Award aims to build upon the skills learned in the bronze by increasing the level of difficulty. SIlver introduces new concepts such as controlled greetings, road Walk, vehicle control and other exercises which are important in everyday life situations.
