A SECOND man has been arrested during the investigation into a horror road smash which left two teenagers dead.
Police yesterday (Friday) arrested a 20-year-old Stourbridge man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a fatal collision in Stourport on Sunday May 18.
Sam Cox (formerly known as Sam Passey), aged 19 from Calewood Road, Quarry Bank, and Shane Toogood, aged 19, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, died after a Volkswagen Golf left the road and overturned on Dunley Road at around 3.20pm.
An 18-year-old Brierley Hill man has already been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the incident.
Both men have been released on police bail while inquiries continue.
