STOURBRIDGE and District Branch of Cats Protection is asking people to help needy cats and kittens by donating items or popping along to its latest jumble and table-top sale this weekend.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, taking place on Saturday May 31 from 2pm at The Oakfield Centre (formerly Hawbush Community Centre), Brettell Lane, Brierley Hill.
There will be books, bric-a-brac, toys, jewellery, jumble and refreshments, plus chance to find out more about the work of Cats Protection in the Stourbridge area.
Rob Hall, branch spokesman, said: "We are an organisation run entirely by volunteers.
"All the money that we need to look after the cats in our care has to be raised from the local community.
"Events like these are a way for us to raise some of this money and also for people to have a clearout and donate good quality jumble and any unwanted items to us."
Anyone with anything to donate is asked to call the group's fundraising officer on 01384 872151 before Saturday.
Or drop off items at The Oakfield Centre after midday on Saturday May 31.
Admission to the event is 20p.
