A BRIERLEY Hill amateur dramatics company will do anything to find the perfect dog to play Bullseye in their production of Oliver.
Brierley Hill Musical Theatre, formerly known as Brierley Hill Operatics Society, are currently rehearsing for their latest show Oliver in October but are struggling to fill the part of Bill Sikes dog- Bullseye.
The company are appealing for owners of either English bull terriers or Staffordshire bull terriers, who are willing to let their dogs be involved in the performance.
Dogs need to be well- behaved, preferably toilet trained and good with adults and children - traditionally the dog is white with a black spot over its one eye.
Brierley Hill Musical Theatre will be performing four evenings from Wednesday October 8 till Saturday October 11, as well as an Saturday afternoon matinee.
Anyone interested in auditioning their dog for the show is asked to email a photo of their dog along with their contact details to publicity officer Chris Psaras at chris.psaras@blueyonder.co.uk.
For tickets for the show contact the box office on 0845 658 8095 or www.bhmtc.co.uk.
