A BRIERLEY Hill man accused of sex attacks on a young girl has had his case adjourned until July.
Neil Round, aged 41, of Gordon Crescent faces seven charges involving sexual activity with a child committed between March 2006 and November last year.
On Friday May 30 at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Judge Michael Dudley remanded Round on conditional bail until Friday July 11 for the preparation of a medical report.
He told Round it was essential all relevant information was in the hands of the court before he could enter a plea to the charges.
