A ELDERLY woman was cut free from a car after it was in collision with a goods vehicle in Kingswinford.
Fire crews from Brierley Hill, Dudley and Tipton, along with a major rescue unit from West Bromwich were called to the incident, on Stallings Lane, at around 10.20am this morning (Monday June 2).
The unnamed woman, aged 83, was released from the Ford KA car and taken by ambulance to Russells Hall hospital suffering from neck and chest injuries.
Police confirmed her injuries were not thought to be life threatening, the road remained closed until 12.40pm.
