A POPULAR exhibition is heading to a Kingswinford glass museum to show off paperweight making in a contemporary style.
Glass artist Siddy Langley will be the star of the show at the Broadfield House centre on Saturday June 7, other attractions will include an exclusive exhibition of over 100 weights inspired by nature, spanning all dates and styles.
Siddy has nearly 30 years experience of glassmaking and runs her own workshop in Devon where she creates a wide range of decorative glass.
The exhibition has been organised by the Paperweight Collectors Circle (PCC), who will be on hand during the exhibition to help identify items brought in by visitors.
A wide range of paperweights will be on sale from some of the country's leading dealers, including Sweetbriar Gallery, Bob Hall, October Days, Just Glass and Weights n' Things.
The Paperweight Day takes place at Broadfield House Glass Museum, Compton Drive, Kingswinford, on Saturday 7 June from 10am to 4pm, and admission is free.
