FIREFIGHTERS from across the region rushed to a house fire in Hagley in the early hours of the morning.
Personnel from Bromsgrove, Evesham, Haden Cross, Wyre Forest and Stourbridge were sent out after a blaze broke out at a property on Wassell Grove Lane just after 5am this morning (December 29).
A dog was led to safety by firefighters on arrival at the scene of the fire. The blaze was fought using a hosereel jet.
Stourbridge Fire Station shared photos of the gutted property on social media. They confirmed that no one was harmed in the incident.

A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue service said: "We were called at 05.06 this morning (29 December 2022) to a house fire in a single storey building in Wassell Grove Lane, Hagley.
"Appliances from Bromsgrove and Evesham deployed, and the fire was extinguished using a hosereel jet.
"A dog was led to safety by Fire Service Personnel on arrival."
