A STOURBRIDGE semi in need of modernisation is coming up at auction with an £89k guide price.
The three-bedroom house in Shepherds Brook Road is being sold at a Bond Wolfe auction on Thursday February 9.
It is one of more than 40 homes large and small from across the Black Country are set to go under the hammer.
Sales notes state the home is "in need of modernisation throughout."
They go on: "There are gardens front and rear, with a driveway at the front leading to a garage at the rear.
"Inside are two interconnected reception rooms, a kitchen, rear sunroom and lean-to downstairs, with three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, while gas central heating is fitted with partial double glazing."
