THE Hair Surgery in Wollaston has been shortlisted for four national business awards just months after owner Tim Scott-Wright was crowned Midlands Hairdresser of the Year.
The salon in Meriden Avenue has been shortlisted for Creative Salon of the Year, Colour Salon of the Year, Fashion Salon of the Year and the highest accolade, Ultimate Salon of the Year, in the Salon Business Awards 2023.
The national awards scheme, which has been going for 20 years, sees thousands of entries submitted from salons up and down the country.
The awards recognise salons that push the boundaries and entwine innovation into tried and tested business models while inspiring others. The Hair Surgery team will now attend the Salon Business Awards grand final on Monday June 5.
Tim Scott-Wright said: “We are so thrilled to have been shortlisted for four awards, we can’t quite believe it.
“Winning Midlands Hairdresser of the Year last year, was a real career highlight and to keep gaining recognition for our salon at a national level feels incredible. I am so proud of what we have achieved as a team.”
