The Grove has resembled Birmingham New Street at rush hour rather than a football ground this week, with a host of high-profile comings and goings ahead of pre-season.
The last seven days has seen three of last year's play-off losing squad leave, while three new signings have moved in and three other deals are close to completion Departing Halesowen Town are Nick Amos (pictured) to Conference North outfit Stafford Rangers and veteran centre half Dennis Pearce who has moved down a league after checking in with Bromsgrove Rovers.
Fans favourite Stuart Pierpoint is also set for the exit door as he closes in on a move to join Amos at Stafford.
Meanwhile, moving into the Grove are Sutton Coldfield striker Justin Rowe for a four figure sum, Swindon Supermarine centre half Cedric Abraham and Evesham goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan.
Deals are also close to being completed to keep Alex Cowley and Eldon Maquemba at the club while manager Morell Maison is near to bringing in an un-named left back from a fellow BGB Premier Division outfit.
The new signings will all meet for the first time this Saturday when the club return to pre-season training ahead of their first friendly against Willenhall Town on Tuesday July 9.
General manager Colin Brookes wished the three departures all the best and thanked them for their service to the club.
He said: "We were keen to keep them here and the club made them the best offer we could.
"It's disappointing they have gone because they are all local lads and they all played their part in us reaching the play-off final last season.
"That is football though and we move on and thank them for their service and wish them all the best in the future."
