A STOURBRIDGE man has been given a conditional discharge after admitting a charge of being threatening or abusive.
Wayne Narroway, aged 60, of Norfolk Road, Wollaston, pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman in an incident on January 31 this year.
He was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £135 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £26 victim surcharge when sentenced at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday (July 10).
