TWO Brierley Hill industrial units are set to go under the hammer at auction later this month.
Bond Wolfe is offering, jointly with Hexagon Commercial Property, units 30-31 on the Premier Estate, Leys Road, and nearby units 38-39 on the Premier Estate.
Both properties are long leasehold units with vacant possession, and they are among lots set to feature in the next sale held by Bond Wolfe Auctions on Thursday October 26.
The first lot provides 1,367 sq ft in Unit 30, and 756 sq ft in Unit 31 – a total of 2,123 sq ft – on a 999-year lease from June 1996 with approximately 972 years remaining. It comes with a guide price of £145,000+.
Units 38 & 39 offer a total combined area of 1,369 sq ft, on the same lease terms, and has a guide price of £99,000+.
James Mattin, managing director and auctioneer at Bond Wolfe, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire two nearby properties, each featuring two industrial units on the well-established Premier Partnership Estate in Brierley Hill.”
The units are of brick construction with full height roller shutters to the front of each unit, parking and circulation space for HGV access.
Mr Mattin added: “These are exactly the kind of units that are in demand across the West Midlands, and we are anticipating competitive bidding when they go under the hammer.”
The sale, which will be livestreamed by Bond Wolfe, will start at 9am.
