Police have seized a car for the second time today (Wednesday, November 15) in Brierly Hill.
Brierley Hill Police said they stopped the car back in August after it was found to have no insurance.
The driver was still without an insurance policy so the vehicle was returned to the recovery yard and the driver was reported.
