A KINGSWINFORD pub is to close for three weeks to undergo a £240,000 refurbishment.
The British Oak in Kingswinford is due to close on Monday February 12 to receive a new look and it will re-open with a fresh feel on Sunday March 3.
A new dividing wall, to enhance the bar and dining layout in the pub, is to be put in plus new TVs to provide guests with sports channels such as BT and TNT sports.
It will re-open with a new schedule of weekly events, including a pub quiz, bingo and musical tribute acts and there’ll be an array of pub favourites on the menu at the pub which boasts a large beer garden.
General manager Lisa Mayall said: “We are so excited to announce that The British Oak will be receiving a refresh.
“We will be investing £240k into breathing new life into our well-loved pub and can’t wait to welcome our loyal guests back.”
