A dentist has delayed retirement to launch a "passion project" new practice.
Dr Paul Worskett has opened Dentique Dentistry at Mill Pool in Belbroughton, with the assistance of commercial property agents John Truslove.
Dr Worskett previously managed a large practice near Stourbridge for 30 years, which he sold five years ago.

However, he was not yet ready to step away, instead opening a new private practice that specialises in implants and restorative dentistry.
With a particular focus on implants and restorative dentistry, the new practice aims to provide high quality dental care.
While catering to this speciality, the private practice will also cover other dental services such as root fillings, IV sedation, cosmetic treatments, orthodontics, Invisalign and teeth whitening.
Dr Worskett said: "This aspect of dentistry has been a particular interest of mine for 20 years.
"I’ve always enjoyed the job and decided I wanted to continue providing a service to people in this specialised field.
"In addition, we also provide other specialist services, including root fillings, IV sedation, and cosmetic treatments, as well as orthodontics, Invisalign and teeth whitening."
Speaking on the site of the practice, he said: "Obviously the right premises were vital, but when we saw the offices at Mill Pool, in Nash Lane, they just felt absolutely right.
"The atmosphere and the environment were just what we wanted."
He reached out to the property's agents John Truslove and worked alongside Ian Parker, joint managing director, to secure a 10-year lease on the 1,379 sq ft Unit 6, at an annual rental of £16,000.
The practice officially opened its doors in October 2023.
Dr Worskett said: "It’s been something of a passion project for me and I am happy that things are going well.
"I have a good team working with me and we have already recruited more dental staff to accommodate the growing demand, including two specialists in orthodontics and oral surgery."
Mr Parker said: "We are delighted to have been able to help him make this passion project a reality, providing a hugely important service to people across this region."
