TRADITIONAL semi-detached homes in Dudley and Kingswinford are among properties going to auction in a forthcoming sale.
A three-bedroomed semi-detached house in Cavendish Close in Kingswinford is due to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next livestreamed auction, with a guide price of just £50,000+.
With a driveway and garden to the front, and gardens to the rear, the property has a hall, through-reception room with dining area, kitchen and a utility room with a door to the garage. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom with WC. Gas central heating and double glazing are fitted. The property, however, is in need of modernisation.
Meanwhile, a three-bedroomed semi-detached house in Old Park Road, Dudley, is listed at £49,000-£54,000. Also in need of modernisation, it has two reception rooms and an extended kitchen downstairs, with the bedrooms and bathroom with WC upstairs. Outside is a driveway and gardens. UPVC double glazing is fitted.
The homes are among 191 lots listed for the next auction, which will start at 8.30am on Wednesday March 27.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “With more than 190 lots, there’s going to be a lot to choose from on March 27.”
