POLICE have charged a man with offences including false imprisonment, three counts of serious assault, making threats to kill and administering poison with intent to endanger life.
Mohammed Kazim Khan, aged 23, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday) for a first hearing.
He has also been charged with causing criminal damage and burglary.
Khan, from Birmingham, was remanded into custody to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on May 1.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said the charges follow a public appeal where officers worked alongside charity Crimestoppers to find a suspect wanted in connection with a number of offences committed in Birmingham on August 12, 2023.
