THE concept of missing time said to be experienced by those who claim to have had contact with extra-terrestrials will be the subject of a talk at a Stourbridge pub.
The Talbot Hotel in Stourbridge High Street will host a talk by UFO investigator Dave Hodrien on Monday April 8.
The talk - Dave Hodrien 'Beyond the veil: the missing time phenomenon' - is part of a regular series of alternative discussions hosted by The Free-Thinking Society which meets monthly at the pub.
As chairman and lead investigator for Birmingham UFO Group, and UK Deputy Representative for ICER (International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research) - Dave claims to have investigated hundreds of cases of contact with ETs around the world over the last 15 years.
During this time he’s developed a particular interest in what is commonly referred to as ‘missing time’ – where an individual ends up with partial or full memory loss after an alleged close encounter of the fourth of fifth kind.
In his detailed talk, Dave will discuss the science behind missing time and how it is possible to lose memories along with examples from cases he says he has directly investigated.
The talk starts at 7.30pm, with doors open from 7pm.
Admission is £5 per person.
