Police have seized a car after finding the driver only had a provisional licence.
Brierley Hill Police said they pulled over the car due to the manner of driving.
Checks revealed that the driver only held a provisional licence, they were not being supervised and had no insurance.
The car was seized and the driver has been reported.
A spokesperson for Brierley Hill Police said: “On patrol we have stopped this car due manner of driving.
“Checks revealed that the driver held only a provisional licence, was not supervised and had no insurance.
“We have seized the car under the road traffic act and reported the driver to court.”
