ANOTHER parcel of land at Pedmore Lane, Pedmore, has been sold at auction for double its guide price.
The freehold plot on the edge of Stourbridge, extending to approximately 5.38 acres, had a guide price of £50,000+ plus fees, but sold for £102,000 when it went under the hammer at the latest Bond Wolfe Auctions sale on May 16.
Sales particulars say the rectangular parcel of land could be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
A number of plots in Pedmore Lane and Pedmore Hall Lane, close to the Hagley countryside, have been sold over the past few months.
The last plot extending to 17.6-acres sold for £80,000 in the March 27 auction.
