A TRIAL date has been set for a Stourbridge man whose arrest saw the bomb squad called out to Norton.
Sean Soley, of The Broadway, appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court on Friday May 17 following an initial hearing in January when he was charged with two counts of malicious communications.
The 37-year-old has been remanded on conditional bail to await a trial on November 28 at Walsall Magistrates’ Court, from 10am.
Soley’s arrest sparked a call out of the Army’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team on January 4.
This matter, however, remains under investigation.
