POLICE, firefighters and medics were called to a crash which caused congestion in Stourbridge.

The two-car crash happened on Wollescote Road at around 4.15pm yesterday (Tuesday June 18).

One ambulance attended with paramedics treating a man at the scene for minor injuries.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a two-car RTC on Wollescote Road at 4.15pm, one ambulance attended the scene.

"On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for minor injuries and discharged at the scene."

The crash caused long tailbacks.
