ANOTHER parcel of Pedmore countryside is to be sold at auction.
A freehold plot of land off Pedmore Lane is among the lots listed for sale at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions livestreamed auction taking place on Thursday July 11.
It has a guide price of £35,000 plus fees.
The irregular shaped plot, on the edge of Stourbridge and Hagley, extends to approximately 4.66 acres (1.88 hectares) and sales particulars say it may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
A number of plots of land in the vicinity have been sold over the past year.
An auctioneer’s note on BWA’s website says “a member of Bond Wolfe has a vested interest in the land”.
Anyone interested in bidding must pre-register via the Bond Wolfe Auctions website no later than 3pm the day before the auction.
Bidding is via proxy, telephone or online and the auction starts at 8.30am.
