THE Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Hilary Bills, has received a generous boost to her charities from The Richardson Brothers Foundation.
The Mayor recently visited Richardson HQ where she was presented with a £500 donation towards her charities - Access in Dudley, Diabetes UK and Friends of Dudley Performing Arts - by Dr Roy Richardson.
She also received a large cuddly toy to auction.
The Mayor was joined by other dignitaries including The Mayor of Sandwell and The Mayor of Wolverhampton at the event.
The Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Hilary Bills, said: “It was lovely to meet Roy Richardson, who has always been so supportive of our borough, and talk to him about the charities I am raising money for this year.
“I am very grateful to the Richardson Brothers Foundation for this very kind and generous donation, which will go towards supporting the incredible work these charities are providing in Dudley borough.”
