THE most expensive streets in Stourbridge over the last five years have been revealed.
Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Stourbridge postcodes.
Quarry Park Road, Landsgate and Worcester Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across the area, according to the data.
On Quarry Park Road (DY8), 5 properties sold for an average of £1,374,000. Landsgate (DY8), 4 properties sold for an average of £893,750. Also, Worcester Lane (DY9) saw 4 properties sell for an average of £828,262.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Stourbridge include Church Court, Cemetery Road and Dobbins Oak Road.
On Church Court (DY8) 3 properties sold for an average of £82,666, on Cemetery Road (DY9) 4 properties sold for an average of £82,800 and on Dobbins Oak Road (DY9) 6 properties sold for an average of £83,250.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Quarry Park Road (DY8) sold for £2,300,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £38,750 and under on The Manse (DY9), Trinity Road (DY9) and Murcroft Road (DY9)."
