The most expensive streets in Kingswinford over the last five years have been revealed.
Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Kingswinford postcodes.
Clear View, Manderville Gardens and Tythebarn Drive have some of the highest-valued homes across the area. On Clear View (DY6), 4 properties sold for an average of £618,750. Manderville Gardens (DY6), 3 properties sold for an average of £553,166.
Also, Tythebarn Drive (DY6) saw 3 properties sell for an average of £500,000.
Some of the cheapest streets in Kingswinford include Chapel Court, High Street and Chapel Street.
On Chapel Court (DY5) three properties sold for an average of £77,833), on High Street (DY6) nine properties sold for an average of £77,833 on and Chapel Street (DY5) three properties sold for an average of £92,000.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Ashwood (DY6) sold for £760,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £53,400 and under on Keyes Drive (DY6), Grant Close (DY6) and Halt Mews (DY6)."
