A BOY was taken to hospital after a crash in Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, on Tuesday September 3.
The incident, involving a car and a cyclist, happened at the junction with Brettell Lane just before 2.30pm.
The boy suffered potentially serious injuries and was taken to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley after being treated at the scene – West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
A spokesperson for the service told the News: “We were called to an incident at the junction of Hawbush Road and Brettell Lane in Brierley Hill at 2.25pm.
“On arrival, crews found a teenage male with potentially serious injuries following a reported collision involving a cyclist and a car.
“The boy received treatment at the scene before being taken to Russells Hall Hospital.”
Police were also reportedly alerted to the incident.
West Midlands Police have been approached for comment.
