A WOMAN has been charged with attempted murder after a man was found with stab injuries in a road.
Jessica Jury will appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Monday September 9).
The man was found injured in South Road, Smethwick, on Thursday September 5 at around 4.15pm.
Jury, 32, of no fixed address, was detained the following day on suspicion of attempted murder and has now been charged and remanded in custody.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "The man remains in hospital although his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening."
