TWO people were taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in Pedmore yesterday evening (Thursday September 26).
The incident, involving two cars and a van, happened on Hagley Road, just after 6.30pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service attended the incident near to the Foley Arms pub.
Two casualties were reported to have suffered minor injuries.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called to reports of a three-vehicle road traffic collision between two cars and a van on Hagley Road, Pedmore, Stourbridge, at 6.34pm.
“We sent two ambulances to the scene. On arrival we found two patients, a male and a female.
“Both patients were assessed for minor injuries and conveyed to Russells Hall Hospital.”
West Midlands Fire Service also attended the incident and a spokesperson said: "Shortly after 6.30pm on Thursday September 26 we responded to Hagley Road, Stourbridge.
"A fire engine from Stourbridge attended the incident, which involved two cars and a van coming into collision on the road.
"Two casualties freed themselves from their vehicles and were assessed by paramedics.
"Firefighters made the scene safe and handed the incident over the West Midlands Police. We left the scene at 7.43pm."
West Midlands Police said it had no details of the incident.
