NEW homes at a shared ownership development in Kingswinford have now all been snapped up.
The Stallings Place development – a collaboration between Platform Home Ownership and housebuilder Keepmoat Homes - comprises a mix of two, three- and four-bedroom properties on Oak Lane.
Shared ownership allows homebuyers to buy a share of their home and pay rent on the remaining amount, lowering the amount needed for a deposit.
Emma Urie, interim head of sales at Keepmoat, said: “It has been fantastic to work with Platform Housing to deliver much-needed shared ownership housing in Kingswinford, which will help many first-time buyers and young professionals get on the property ladder.”
Ryan Harris, area sales manager at Platform, added: “It’s fantastic to have completed this development at Stallings Place, and to see so many happy faces on those who have moved into their new homes, many of which are moving into their first home.”
