A Stourbridge hair salon is celebrating its eighth anniversary.

Bliss & Bliss Hair, on Hagley Road, marked the milestone on Tuesday, October 1.

Founded in 2016 by a mother-and-son duo, the business has since expanded to a team of eight.

Three of the team qualified through the salon's own training programme, while another staff member is currently undergoing training and is expected to qualify by the middle of next year.

Salon co-owner Lawson Bliss said: "It's been a crazy eight years but having fantastic staff makes all the difference in a business.

"Our great staff members contribute not only to the quality of service but also to the overall atmosphere, teamwork, and client satisfaction."

This month also marks co-owner Jill Bliss's 40th year in the hairdressing industry.
