A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash involving a motorcyclist and a car in Pedmore at the weekend.
The incident happened in Pedmore Lane at around 12.19pm on Sunday October 27.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene with the road closed for a couple of hours.
A motorcyclist was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital with potentially serious injuries.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said of the incident: “We were called at 12.19pm on Sunday (October 27) to reports of an RTC at the junction of Pedmore Lane and St Peters Road, Stourbridge.
“Two ambulances and a MERIT trauma team attended the scene.
“Crews arrived to find a motorcyclist who had been involved in a collision with a car. “The man sustained potentially serious injuries and received trauma care on scene before being conveyed to Russells Hall Hospital for further checks.”
