ANOTHER plot of countryside land in Pedmore has been sold at auction.

A 4.167-acre freehold parcel of land off Pedmore Lane was among the lots that went under the hammer at the last Bond Wolfe Auctions sale on Thursday October 24.

The plot had a guide price of £30,000 plus fees but was sold for £40,500.

Sales particulars said the irregular parcel of land may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents but urged potential buyers to make enquiries with Dudley Council.

The plot was among a number of parcels of land in the vicinity that have been sold over the past year.

Most recently a 4.66-acre parcel of land advertised for sale in June sold for £36,500 at the July 11 sale.

Readers can see details of previous parcels of land sold on the past auctions section of the Bond Wolfe Auctions website.
