AN opticians in Stourbridge will be launching its new hearing service on Friday November 1.
After moving into the Ryemarket Shopping Centre last month, Specsavers will be officially opening its dedicated hearing department.
Jason Bridgewater, store director at Specsavers Stourbridge, said: "Our recent relocation has enabled us to expand our audiology offering to better serve the local community, and we can’t wait to launch our new hearing service, available seven days a week."
‘We’ll be handing out goodie bags to customers so please do come along if you can."
Offering hearing help and advice, the new service means customers will be able to visit the store for their eye and ear care needs seven days a week.
Headed up by hearing expert, Louise Fellows, who has more than 15 years’ experience, the team will be carrying out hearing checks and helping customers to find the best hearing solutions.
Louise said: "A change in your hearing is natural and is something that everyone experiences, so if you’ve noticed anything different, visit us in store and we’ll do what we can to help restore some of the sounds that you’ve been missing.
"Whether it’s wax removal or a hearing device that gives your ears a boost, we’ll work with you to understand what is important to you and find a solution to suit your needs."
Appointments are available Monday to Sunday, with customers able to have a free hearing check which takes between 30 minutes and an hour.
Louise and her team will be on hand to run through the range of hearing devices and technology on offer and discuss the best option.
