Three Dudley-based charities have received a share of a £1 million fund.
The Dudley Stroke Association, Dudley Zoo Development Trust and Jigsaw Youth Theatre was awarded £1,000 as part of the Benefact Group's Movement for Good Awards.
This is the sixth year in which the group has given away £1 million in donations to charities as part of its Movement for Good Awards.
Mark Hews, group chief executive at the group, said: "We are delighted to be able to donate over £1 million to good causes each year through our Movement for Good Awards and are grateful to all our supporters, including the customers of the trusted insurer, Ecclesiastical, and the responsible and sustainable asset manager, EdenTree.
"We know that £1,000 can make a huge difference to the incredible work that charities do and we’re looking forward to seeing how this financial boost will change lives for the better."
The stroke charity, which offers advice, support, and information to stroke victims and their families, will use the money to support its work in the area.
This includes providing free information packs, arranging volunteer visits, and running support groups.
The Dudley Zoo Development Trust, which assists with the development of Dudley Zoo and with the feeding and welfare of the animals, also received £1,000, as did Jigsaw Youth Theatre, based in Halesowen.
The theatre is a space for creative young people to create, direct, write, and perform their own original theatre.
The Movement for Good Awards are funded by EIO plc, part of the Benefact Group.
Since 2014, the group has donated over £200 million to charitable causes.
The organisation was recognised as the third biggest corporate giver in the UK last year.
It aims to reach £250 million in donations by 2025.
