A driver has been reported after police found them in possession of nitrous oxide and balloons.
Brierley Hill Police said they received a report of a driver 'doing balloons' in Lye.
Officers soon located the driver who was found in possession of nitrous oxide which is now a Class C controlled substance.
The driver was also found to have no insurance and was reported to the court.
In a post on social media, Brierley Hill Police said: "Following a report that the driver was doing 'balloons' in Lye, officers have located the driver who was found in possession of nitrous oxide and balloons.
"This is now a class C controlled substance. The driver also had no insurance. The driver has been reported to the court."
