The Great British Bake Off is searching for contestants for its upcoming series.
Love Productions is currently casting for series 16 of the Channel 4 show and is looking for the UK’s best amateur bakers to enter the famous white tent in 2025.
Bakers are being urged to apply if they are "wonderful with a whisk".

An array of skills is sought, with hopefuls encouraged to demonstrate a broader baking repertoire than just cakes.
Potential applicants are reminded that they do not need to be perfect at everything, as there will be opportunities to practice and learn throughout the process.
Many bakers who have previously appeared on the show have attested to the learning experience in the supportive environment of the competition.
When filling out the application form, bakers are advised to include as much information about themselves and their baking as possible, showcasing what makes them stand out from the crowd.
Including numerous photos of bakes is encouraged, as is sending a short video of oneself.
Previous applicants who were not successful are also welcome to reapply, as many have made it into the tent after a second application.
All applicants who progress to the next stage of the process will be contacted by a member of the casting team by Friday, February 14.
If hopefuls have not heard back by that date, their application has not been successful.
The closing date for applications is 1pm on Monday, December 9.
Bakers are encouraged to take their time on the application, but to not leave it until the last minute.
Applicants must be 16 or over by January 1, and must be UK residents, including those in the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
