A driver has been arrested after crashing a stolen car into a railing near a shopping centre in Brierley Hill.
West Midlands Police traffic unit said the car was stolen from a church before being used in other offences.
The ANPR Interceptors started a pursuit of the vehicle with help from the Road Crime Team.
The driver crashed the car into the road railings and fled into Merry Hill before being arrested.
Officers said the driver was later found to be wanted for other offences.
In a post on social media, West Midlands Police Traffic Unit said: "This car was stolen from a church and then used in other offences.
"ANPR Interceptors began a pursuit with it and were then assisted by the Road Crime Team.
"The driver crashed and decamped into Merry Hill before being arrested where we found he was also already wanted for other matters."
