A NEW headteacher in Kinver says he is proud to be taking charge of a successful school.
Chris Rogers became the new head at Edgecliffe High School, Enville Road, during the summer after moving from his previous job on the Isle of Wight.
Chris, aged 44, spent three years on the island after living in Staffordshire where he worked at schools neighbouring Edgecliffe.
Chris said: “I was familiar with the school and knew as soon as the headship was advertised that I wanted to be its next headteacher.
“I am very much looking forward to working with all those involved as we seek to further the school’s development as a flourishing learning community.”
