A RISING RnB star wowed schoolkids at Crestwood High in Kingswinford when he stopped off to perform.
Singer Loick Essien, who is signed to Sony Music and tipped as one to watch, dropped into the Bromley Lane school last Thursday (June 23).
As part of a whistlestop tour of schools - he performed songs, answered questions and signed autographs at Crestwood before heading off to do the same again at Windsor High in Halesowen.
Crestwood headteacher Maxine Suthons said: “He went down a storm with the students, and staff too. He also mentioned Crestwood on his twitter page.”
The 21-year-old singer/songwriter, who teamed up with N-Dubz for his second single Stuttering earlier this year, is set to release new song How We Roll on July 3.
