AN appeal for information has been issued after a group of people were seen pushing over a car park barrier in broad daylight in Lye.
The incident on the Jackson Street car park was captured on a Facebook live video on Sunday January 17, notching up thousands of views.

Councillor John Martin, cabinet member for highways and environment, said of the drama: “We were made aware of it yesterday.
"The barrier was left in the carpark and we are making arrangements for it to be put back as soon as possible.
Victoria Mai Ainsworth said of the incident on Facebook: "Only in Lye, yet the council and police say Lye doesn't have any issues."
