TWO people were taken to hospital after a road crash in Hungary Hill, Stourbridge, on Monday night (March 18).
Emergency crews flooded the scene just after 6.30pm after reports of a two-car crash.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said the ambulance service sent two ambulances and a paramedic officer and two patients were taken to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley.
The first, a woman - who was believed to have been driving one of the cars, was trapped and had to be cut free by the fire service.
She was treated for injuries "not thought to be life-threatening" - the spokesman added.
A second patient was also treated for injuries "not believed to be serious".
A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said the female driver, believed to be in her late 50s, was trapped in the vehicle by her injuries but was cut free and lifted out of the wreckage by firefighters before being taken to hospital.
West Midlands Police also attended the incident which saw the road closed between Ridge Grove and Birmingham Street until nearly 10.30pm.
