A WOLLESCOTE teenager faces trial in August over the death of tragic Ellie Underhill who died after falling from a car bonnet on a Dudley supermarket carpark.
Ellie, aged 20, of Shearwater Drive, Quarry Bank, died a week after suffering head injuries in the incident on the Tesco Extra car park, off Birmingham Road, on Boxing Day 2016.
Luke Hickman, aged 19, of Wassell Road, has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and a trial date has now been set for August 13 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Elly Phillips, aged 19, of Seymour Road, Wollescote, and Ross Bingham, aged 20, of Hagley Road, Edgbaston, have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and will be sentenced at a later date.
Hana Edwards, aged 19, of Grove Road, Wollescote, has denied conspiring to pervert the course of justice and also faces trial on August 13.
