EMERGENCY services were called out to an incident outside the Crystal Leisure Centre in Stourbridge on Saturday (June 19).
West Midlands Police said they responded after a teenage girl on a wall experienced a "mental health crisis".
West Midlands Ambulance Service was also called to the leisure centre after concerns for her welfare.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We sent one ambulance and a paramedic officer to the scene.
"On arrival we discovered a female patient who was assessed and taken to hospital for further assessment and care."
