A total of 97 members attended the last meeting of Stourbridge U3Aat New Road Methodist Centre.
The speaker, Roger Pannell, gave an illustrated talk about the work of the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, a Trust dedicated to the conservation of wild life in Worcestershire.
Following the talk there was an opportunity for members to sign up for various trips, including one to the new Royal Shakespeare Theatre at Stratford Upon Avon, visits to Chatsworth House and Hampton Court Gardens in Herefordshire.
No formal qualifications are necessary to join this University it provides opportunities for members to share educational, creative and leisure activities. The group now has around 211 paid up members.
Monthly meeting are held at 2pm on the first Thursday of the month at New Road Methodist Centre, Stourbridge.
