It's week eight of Strictly Come Dancing as the remaining celebrities took the dancefloor all hoping to make it to week nine and dance in the icon Blackpool Tower.
Week seven saw former England field hockey player Sam Quek eliminated as she faced a dance-off against Gladiator Montell Douglas.
Quek scored well, receiving a 29 from the judges for her American Smooth to Love Story (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift.
Despite being surprised by her elimination, Quek had kind words to say about those involved in Strictly, sharing: “I’m gutted, I just want to say thank you. I’ve learned so much. Strictly has just brought that spring in my step back. It’s just been an absolute joy.”
