NO wonder our council tax keeps on rising year upon year. Now we know how it is spent.
It is my opinion that £400,000 could be better spent than using Council Tax Payers money on a "new and innovative" ring road crossing. Why not plough this money into our children's education instead of keep closing small local schools in Dudley Borough. They say they have no money to keep small schools open but £400,000 would certainly help towards it. Mind you, perhaps our children need safer places to cross when they have to walk to the bus depot to catch long bus rides to other schools instead of having local ones to attend.
