CLASSICAL performers will be teaming up for a spring concert at a Wollaston church.
Local & Live, a Stourbridge based not for profit group of music enthusiasts based, will be presenting Springtime Serenade, an evening of classical music and songs, at St St James’s Church, Wollaston, on Saturday April 28.
The concert will feature well-known local classical performers including Tony Bridgewater, Iain Estell, Michael Jones, Linda and Tony May, Mike Smith and singer Stella Seaton-Sims.
Local & Live chairman Graham Smith said: “Our classical programme includes popular springtime music by Edvard Grieg, and songs by Delius and Rachmaninov, as well as compositions by local composer Tony Bridgewater.”
The event starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are priced £10 on the door, but entry is free for anyone under 18.
